As an avid traveler with a penchant for charming destinations, my stay at Market Place Flats in Barnard Castle was an absolute delight. the 2-bedroom apartment was not only spacious but also tastefully decorated with a lovely old-fashioned charm that resonated with my personal style. the living room, complete with a flat-screen TV, offered a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. I was particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. the thoughtful provisions left by our host, Joan, including fresh eggs, milk, and bread. the bathroom with a bath was a welcome sight after a long day of sightseeing. the city views from the apartment were simply mesmerizing, allowing us to take in the bustling Market Place below. Located less than 1 km from the iconic Bowes Museum and a short drive from Raby Castle, Market Place Flats proved to be the perfect base for our adventures in the area. With free WiFi throughout the property and convenient amenities like a washing machine and heating, our stay was nothing short of comfortable. Overall, Market Place Flats exceeded my expectations in terms of location, comfort, and value for money.
